Failure is a common thing in an invention. That's why when people Austria, Fritz Gall failed to create something important, he decided to create a museum dedicated to the discovery of failure.
This museum called the Museum of Nonsense and located in his hometown of Herrnbaumgarten, Austria, approximately one hours drive from the capital city of Austria, Vienna. Museum contains a peculiar items creations Fritz Gall, who is actually almost useless as a toothbrush without bristles, which are used for the toothless, without a lead pencil, hat hanger that can be run, and more.
Gall opened the museum with his partner, Freidl Umscheid because he won a government grant for USD619.400. Although the collection of the museum looks like a useless items that weird, it was when first opening, the museum has managed to attract many visitors. Similarly, as reported by the Huffingtonpost, Friday (20/01/2012).
"We're expecting 20 or 30 guests at the opening of the first, but turns out more than 5,000 visitors. Meaning, the museum actually has a meaning for the community," said Gall.
Museum of Nonsense will be moved to a new larger place this year in order to accommodate thousands of visitors who come. "We still have the rest of government funds and some sponsors, we hope there are many who would be interested to see this museum," he concluded.
